Working method

     The power and the bond are mixed to moist and soft material in the cylinder container through the paddle , it will be cut into symmetrical granule by the high-speed crusher paddle

Feature

The horizontal cylinder structure is reasonable!

use the water when you want to clean the hermetical drive bearing.

the fluidization of granule is good and the granules figure is near ball.

Compare with traditional process, it can reduce 25% of bond and shorten drying time too.

Each batch needs 2 minutes to dry mixing and 1 ∼ 4 minutes to granulating. Compared with traditional process, its efficiency can raise 4 ∼ 5 times.

It works at sealed state and conforms to the requirements of GMP
