Working method

The machine uses relative movement between the blade and the gear, the fibre is crushed and sheared. The active blade have three kinds of compages, crude crusher, medium crusher and tiny crusher. The finished products is separated by whirlwind, dust crushed to pass retrieve by the sack

The machine is made of stainless steel. Bearing and crush box have the water cooling device , the tooth is fully enclosed and taken the form of spiral of the sawtooth ,can produce material continuous, there is no dust to fly upward in the production process , meets GMP demand .
